Conventional Base Station batteries cost about three times as much to build as switching power supplies. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the management of storage battery, improve the service conditions and prolong the service life of storage battery. At the same time, energy-saving emission reduction and low-cost Operation Complement Each Other, one is indispensable. The following problems exist before and after the base station construction. The capacity of the charging cell is often too large, which solves the problem of the storage time of the charging cell, at the same time, it also leads to the problem of the investment cost of the charging cell is too high, and the charging capacity of the storage cell is insufficient. The battery capacity of the charger is underutilized in two ways. One is that the battery capacity of the charger is too high, increasing the investment pressure, the whole battery pack will be outdated, the battery pack still has capacity, but can not continue to provide services.
